Your tournament should continue to the end.
When each round is completed, it should automatically go on to the next round.
All organizers need to do is to set up the tournament in the beginning and it should run through all the rounds when each round is finished, they don't need to do anything to start new rounds.
I have been in tournaments before when the tournament director (organizer) has left and the tournament kept going.

I am playing this open tournament : https://www.chess.com/tournament/one-world-league-2019-open-h
First round is about to finish, and I see that the organizer is marked "Closed = inactive" (so I understand that he closed his account)
Does the tournament stop (no second round)? Or anyway, everything is set, and so the round two will automatically start, and the tournament will go to it's end, even with no more organizer ?
