What can you justifiably report for spam?

Hey! 1st off this needs to be on https://www.chess.com/forum/category/help-support.
Just report them once for reason stated.
And since you're an old account you should be fine.

Oh my bad, I wasn't sure where to put it. I get reporting them once but there are some useless troll forums that don't always have obvious things to report them for. I just don't know whether it's spam or trolling, and I don't want to report for the wrong reason.
Lately there are a lot of foolish forums going around, as we all probably know. Under what should I report them?
Does reporting for spam have to only be repetitive messages or can it be useless forums, dumb irrelevant comments and the like. I just want a way to report such things and not be flagged for "abusing the report system". Thanks.
