Ratings in live chess aren't affected until atleast whites 4th move sorry :(
What happened to my points and captcha?

I was playing live chess.
My opponent played the first move as white, and I responded.
He made no more moves, lost on time, and I didn't get my 7 points.
Then I tried to contact support, but on two different browsers (Safari and Chrome) it wouldn't let me submit the support ticket, telling me I kept getting the captcha wrong, even though I kept entering the captcha phrases perfectly!
