What is a blocked person not able to do?

What exactly is a blocked person not able to do?

I know he/she can't post notes on your profile or message you, nor challenge you in a game.

However, when I visit a certain person's (not naming and shaming) forum, it doesn't let me comment on it. Later did I find out that the creator of that forum blocked me.

Can a blocked person comment on the blocker's forums?

I had two questions.

I was wondering if, other than those I listed, I had missed something.

Not as far as i know.

They can't send you a message, they won't be able to accept your challenges, they can't post on your forum topics, and they can't leave a note on your wall. 

When I blocked somebody in live chess, I couldn't see their chat.

That's the part I must have missed when reading the FAQs. Thanks.

They cannot:

Post in any content you created (forums, blogs, articles, ect.)

Send you messages

Send you friend requests

Invite you to a group

Challenge you

Post notes in your profile
