To add context, there are a limited number of beta testing slots, so when all slots are full, the option to join doesn't exist.

Same thing. I post on forums and play Vote Chess games, but it says that I am inactive. What Is Beta Program❓ I am Diamond, too.

You have to be in the Beta club and keep the Beta option on in your settings or you'll be removed.
