What is my timeout percentage?

Your timeout percentage can be found on your Online chess profile page (http://www.chess.com/echess/profile/Phacops) in the bottom right corner of the page.  I have copied the appropriate section of the stats to show you what your current percentage is.

As you can see, you have timed out (lost on time) in 82% of your correspondence games in the past 90 days.  Depending on how many games this is, it may take you a long time to bring that percentage down.  The good news is that it only counts the past ~3 months, so as long as you don't time out again, your timeout percentage will eventually come down (although it is possible that it will go up before then).
