What is wrong with the clock here?

I have posted three pics here. I am quite new to Chess.com. In the pics I shared, the opponent gets three moves even when he has just 0.1 second. However, I run out of time with 3.8 seconds. In many games, I see that 0.1 seconds is not enough to make a move. How is this possible?

I see 2 opponent moves. Most likely pre-moves entered at once
