What should I do?

I assume that this is not an ongoing game. Because it is not allowed to discuss an ongoing game.
some idea's that come up my mind :
1. Qd2. then you can start pawn attack on the center. When the d-file is open you can take the bishop. Besides that, it removes the pin of the knight on h5. so the knight will become more usefull.
2. 0-0-0 . The castle is a little bit open but an open castle is always better than a king in the open field. Besides that, castling would make the rook more active on the d-file. As already said , that is an interesting file.

Both sides have a very good bishop. For black it is the bishop on d6. For white it is the bishop on d4. White should look to trade the black-squared bishops; and black should look to trade the white-squared bishops. If it was black's move I would play Bg6 and white cannot avoid losing his strong bishop. So as white to move we might want to do something about that. White also has to be wary of the pin on the knight on f3.
Here are some white moves I would consider.
1. Bc2 intending to meet 1. ... Bg6 with 2. Bb3. However, this concedes the b1-h7 diagonal to the black bishop. And one pin is relieved but could be replaced by another with 2. ... Be4. 3. Bd2 attempts to break this pin.
1. Qd2 which breaks the pin and threatens 2. Bf4 to challenge black's strong bishop. However, black can try to attack the knight on f3 with 1. ... f5 2. gxf6 Nxf6. Now the bishop that defends the knight on f5 is being attacked.
1. O-O-O is also worth considering. However, now the knight on f3 is pinned against rook and queen!!
1. Qc2. The idea here is to break the pin but to also defend the bishop that defends the knight. A possible continuation is 1. ... f5 2. gxf6 Nxf6. Now black's threat to take the bishop on e5 would be met by Qxe4 and therefore white is free to move the knight to a better square such as Nf3-h2-g4.
This is a complex position and I have not analysed any of these lines in depth. The more I look at the position though the more horrible the pin on the knight on f3 is because the bishop on h5 is hard to shift. I would go for 1. Qc2 all things considered. Although this line gives up the nice bishop and leaves white weak on the white squares it is hard to see anything better. Black stands better in opinion.
