No its not! My rating was 1186 and suddenly increased to 1214 for no obvious reason. I was waiting to enter a 1000 to 1200 tournament and got chucked out. My graphs still show me at 1186,

My rating increased nearly 24 hours before the games you speak of finished. Also it seems strange that I gained 28 points for beating a 928 player. Should have been worth 4 or 5 or possibly less.
