Normally, you don’t need to attach a screenshot, but if you want to, just contact support with an email. All of their comments, chess.com can see, so they all ready know.

Please don't make accusations in the forum.
Use the report button on your opponent's profile to report abuse.
You can't email support any more. They have an AI based system now to help you contact them.
The AI provides instructions on how to report serious abuse.

If you try hard enough, you can get the chatbot to let you contact an agent, if you feel it’s necessary.

Chess.com tries to strongly discourage people making abuse accusations in the forum because the posts sometimes attract more abuse and/or flame wars result.
There is a blanket policy restricting those types of posts.
That said- you can contact support about serious racism or sexual harassment- as shown above.
