Your report was certainly reviewed. Not all reports result in a ban. The user may have been warned. You wouldn't know.
Don't make abuse accusations in the forum.

Report them with your comments on their profile and same for other users if you ever have the same problem.

This isn't the appropriate place for this. Just report them if you have a problem, you shouldn't publicly accuse people.
