Live Chess 960 is available on both or the apps and the website.
3+ check is a variant, available in the variants tab on the play menu for the website.

If you're on the apps, they only support 960 and you choose it by selecting a Live time control, chosing Custom, and changing Standard to the variant.
The same for 3+ but it's only natively supported on the website. You can also play it in the website under the variants server.
