Hola, Efectivamente chicos/as,
No comparaba, ni mucho menos, un símbolo como la esvástica (en sentido nazi; pues la esvástica es un símbolo muy antiguo...) con la Ikurriña. Ese comentario formaba parte de otra discusión paralela que surgió a raíz de poder elegir o no la bandera vasca en Chess.com.
Aludí a símbolos/iconos como la esvástiva nazi para plantear mi punto de vista sobre poder elegir o no libremente el signo/la imagen del perfil. Para mayor claridad y evitar más confusiones: Estoy a favor de la bandera vasca en Chess.com. Estoy en contra (por los motivos arriba expuestos) de poder elegir cualquier símbolo/icono/imagen para el perfil.

I did not compare the esvástica with the Basque-flag. This comentary was because of another discusion that arose from this debat... I talked only about the esvástica because I still think it can be dangerous to have the posibbilty to put any symbol you like on your profile...
Again, that it will be clear: I am for the posibbility of choosen the Basque-flag on chess.com. I am against the posibbility of having the opportunity of choosing any symbol for your personal profile! See my arguments here up!

Parece que el tema se reconduce por buen camino. Lo de la esvastica o simbolo hiriente yo tampoco lo aceptaria y supongo que algo asi se podria denunciar en chess.com y algun moderador habra. Lo de poder elegir una imagen como bandera lo decia para simplificar y poder cada uno poner la imagen o bandera que mas le guste, si la imagen de usuario es libre de escoger, lo mismo daria para la bandera. Asi dentro de poco te evitas otro hilo como este, no vaya a surgir otro pais nuevo.

Xake33, me parece que he encontrado a ese Erik alias Timothy o como se llame... Vete al pie de la página, donde pone "ABOUT" (así figura pues en la versión inglesa que uso de chess.com). O sea, allí donde hay otros temas como HOME, CHESS TOPICS..., etc.
Pincha en ABOUT y verás todos los colaboradores de chess.com. Hacia el final, bajando, aparece un tal ERIK. Tal vez sea este el hombre que buscas...

Well, but he's right when he says there are Catalonia and Galicia flags. I wonder if there is any reason.
That I can tell you. People made posts very much like this one, and soon chess.com (if I remember correctly, Eric himself) threw in the towel.
One must consider that it takes initiative and common sense to submit a request through the help & support page. Most folks prefer carrying on in the forums, it's more fun.
