I went to sign up but the price is showing 119.99 for diamond. I thought it was going to be available this weekend.

I didn't open my account until the 3rd. This is the first weekend I have to try out the paid features.

Then you missed the offer this year

Or you could give people a chance to try out the features this weekend.

The feature that ran the offer was set to expire and it did. Most staff don't work weekends and they don't generally change promotions after the fact.

"The feature that ran the offer was set to expire"

Yes, I get that. Why not have it expire on 12/7 so we can try out the features over the weekend?

"Most staff don't work weekends"

Why does staff have to work weekends for someone to sign up for a 50% offer? Isn't it just a banking transaction online? I can still order from Amazon, Best Buy, and other big online retail stores.

They even have "Cyber Monday" deals still going on.

We work hard during the week, and the weekend is our chance to rest and relax. I wanted to try out the diamond membership features. Ending it on 12/5 (a Friday 2025) was premature. It should have been set to expire at the end of 12/7 (Sunday, the end of the weekend) where users could try out the features.

It's simple. The promotion was set to run from Black Friday, through Friday the 5th. It actually started a before then but completed when it was set to. That was the plan, that was what was done, and if someone missed that window, then they missed it. Promotions have expirations and most companies that run them do not extend them.
