I reported a bug 5 days ago which is resulting in my stats being incorrect, yet no one has responded. On average, how long does it take for someone to respond?

How did you report the bug? If you used the bug reporting tool then they don't usually reply unless the need additional information

I did use the bug reporting tool. So how should I report an issue to get someone to respond and resolve a particular problem?
