That's cool I ignore the email I sent Cas its basically the same I will say so yes I was going to ask about the tweet award I did it as the same as the Facebook award and please don't send me anymore diamond membership because that's a waste considering I'm not daily on chess but honestly thank you dearly for the membership

But I just verified both Statistician and Tweet works as expected, at least on the website.

It's certainly up to you but I tested both on the website and both awarded correctly.

How do you get the 'Gift Wrap' award. I bought my son a Gold Membership, no award yet.
It's possible it's bugged. You may want to open a ticket with support.

It shouldn't take long, maybe a few days but probably quicker.
Okay so I got all the awards from sending multiple tickets and now I'm super happy honestly amazing staff member and I got a gift of 15 days of diamond members i legit can't be any happier lol anyways this chess community is amazing thank you all.
Also now I'm a diamond member but I don't have the vip award like the support thing
