I was watching Gotham's "Guess the Elo" on Youtube, and saw this feature after a game:
How do I access this? When I go to my own games, I see Reports/Moments/Analysis/Details/Openings, but no tab for Review.
Those videos are almost six months old.
Things change around here sometimes.
This is the current view of the reports in Beta. They seem pretty similar to what you were looking at.

If it's a beta feature, it doesn't get posted about in News. When new features are promoted to the rest of the site, sometimes there's a post in the forums but normally only the monthly review will post a collection of updates.
