Why am I losing time while I play?

So recently whenever I play and I make a move I lose time on the timer
For example if I am playing 3+2 and I got 2:47 on the timer when I make my move, instead of going up to 2:49 goes down to 2:41...
I got a good Wifi connection even in chess.com I can see that the signal like icon is full...I am pretty sure this is not a problem from my Internet because whenever I play in another app everything is fine
Does anyone has an idea on why this happens? I've lost too many points because of this😭😭😭

Thank you for your help Martin, unfortunately I think I already made the check on that...I will try again but, maybe you are right I play on the app, I will try on the website and if works right...Might be some issue from my phone...like idk I'm not ab expert but some delay in the information
