This happened to me too. You are penalized for thinking about your moves. I emailed them and they lifted the restriction a few hours later.
Why am i sent to "Timeout" after every game. I dont take my time?

Chess.com please tell me why after every game i play i am put in a 5 minute penalty for not playing in a fairly fashion. I play on time which seems to be the problem but i play as fast as i can in every game and i still get that " (abusive comment removed )"...... UGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!! Help me please!!!!!
