why are my chess insights not updating?

Mine hasn’t updated in few weeks  at least considering the games it’s showing. I only bought platinum for insights, any clue how I can get it updated

You don't have a diamond membership. Insights is a diamond only feature.

You haven't played any Live or Daily games. Bot games don't get Insights.

Hey, no rush, my insights are very old and only show 3 games played.

That's because you have only played 3 blitz games. You need to switch to Rapid to see those games.

I have the same Problem. I got Diamond yesterday at noon or so.

Im having the same issue where my insights are only showing a handful of games. Upgraded from platinum to diamond around 4 hours ago

It can take a while for games to all run, depending on how many you have. If you've previously had Diamond and Insight had been generated then, it can still take a while for the games played while you didn't have that level to complete. If you don't see anything after 24 hours, repost.
