Okay guys for future reference: there is a queue that your games get added to when you sign up. All the games that you played while you were not subscribed to the membership need to be ran through by the computer, so it can take 24 or more hours. Mine took about a day and a half, and they are all there. So just sit tight, it's chugging away at them.
why are my chess insights not updating?

Would I be able to get a bump too? Thanks in advance, appreciated, but one could also say that waiting for several days for a paid service isn't great, investing a bit more on the hardware wouldn't be unreasonable. Coming up to 3 days now for me and the stats haven't updated. Might be because I'm on a free trial so bottom priority, but this isn't exactly making it more likely that I'm gonna pay for it if the same issues persist.
They are sometimes issue with members that previously had diamond and had generated Insights, left diamond and get it later, that don't get Insights generated on newer games.
Insights are only generated on games while the diamond is active and it may take time after getting it again for them to show. If the membership is kept, that doesn't become an issue.

Not sure if it's completed now but your Insights has newer games.

I also have waited 2 days since I got diamond membership, I still haven't got my Insights can anyone help update mine?

Yes

it's been months my brilliant move counter is stuck at 0 but I did several brilliant moves
Game Review and Insights uses slightly different code and depths, so some brilliants found in the former may not be in the latter.
Ditto, mine isn't updating. Any help would be appreciated.
