Why can I not claim a draw for 3 fold repitition?

Did you press the draw button?

You can only claim 3 fold repitition in the position where it occured. Your opponent has taken the pawn, so it is no longer the repeated position. You should have been able to claim a draw in that previous position.

I pressed the offer draw button immediately after my move...

It is a correspondence game so I don't see the option for live games. I still have time to move and offered another draw but I think it should be a forced 3 fold repitition draw.

The site is like OTB. The draw has to be claimed.

I had bo option to claim draw only offer draw.

Can I report to chess.com for review?

 I think its because he broke it by playing Qxc6. if he played Qd6 then you could've claimed a draw
