why can i not get trophies right now?

for some reason im not getting trophies from my ranked games even though im filling out all of the requirements to gain trophies. :c

This has been fixed but may take some time to fully catch up.

this has me frozen at 420 at least 10 game wins on blitz not accounted for....its affecting my league postion...i would still be first but now second...please fix

Some divisions got frozen several weeks ago. I was told they have fixed the bug.

You would still advance if you stay in second place tomorrow.

You can write to support@chess.com and let them know.

There was a newer issue that staff implemented a fix for recently (in the past hour). Those should start working for those impacted.
