I used to be able to use game review on games already game reviewed by other players. Now i can't. Why?
You're only allowed to review games you have previously ran a review on, your once daily review, and I think maybe titled member's games.

It was never intended that review limited accounts could get around the limit by having other members review their games. The review feature is one of the most developed things on site and utilizes a lot of server resources.
