Why does it show I have only 4 games? I can see my recent games, which clearly shows that I have finished 5 games.
Why can't I join a tournament?

I tried to join a tournament, but it would not let me because I need to have completed 5 online chess games. But I have already finished 5 games! Why can I still not join the tournaments?
