Why do I not receive league trophies when winning?

guys this trohy issue just started with me too at least the last three games won have not been recorded or issued.Just noticed this last game but i was on 330 won three should be on 357, ive been leading this league for a few days but can now lose it due this issue???...its close run and was fun until your spoiler glitch....

Have same problem. Get rating, but not league score. Got it some days before, something changed.

i also tried playing one minte games to see if it was time frame glitch but even the games i won there didnt register for trophies...cmon guys...sort this out

i am frozen at 330... but at least 30 more from blitz and bullet not taken into trophy count...ruining my enjoyment of the game...

My trophies have been stuck for like a week+, despite wins. I am in Legend anyway, but its still annoying to not see my accurate ranking. .

It looks like your active and currently have 45 trophies

That said, staff are aware of an issue for some members and working on identifying those impacted and fixing them.

can someone help me, i'm having the same issue, i've played more than 10, 10 minutes rapid games today and have no points added to my division league and i'm first. Please i dont know what's wrong, this issue happened through out today, i then switched to 5 minutes games and 1 minute bullet, but still got nothing. i relly dont know what's wrong. I sent email to staff, got no reply, send a message on a forum and also got no reply someone please help. I'm 1st in my league and ive been desired to advance and not get overtaken by my opponents in the league

same with me bro, im at 336 in my champions league and i'm first in my league, and have been leading this league. Seeing me playing alot of games and noticed i havent been getting my points have been demotivating, especailly since i see nothing is added. I'm really annoyed that this bug is even a thing. To see someone then overtake me and i wont be able to advance to legends is purely heart breaking.

I'm note gating trophies when I winning and still blocked my ranking! Tks

Im also experiencing the same issue. Completing games but the trophy count is not moving

this seemed sorted for a while earlier tonite but now its back...last two games not recording, giving trohpies or even showing trophy pop up ....im frozen on 420(ironically)...guys please fix this...

Same problem but in my league others are gaining but not me. I see their points increase. And I am at 2 place for now....

same, i'm updated to 426, but i know there's more it's not updated to cuz i played alot of games today

that's so unfortunate bro, i'm currently first in my champions league, i'm making sure that i'm playing alot so that when it updates me i'll reach like 500-600 trophies

I have the same issue; I sent a message to chess.com using the web chat interface a day or so ago, but I haven't heard back. Posting here in case that will lead to a quicker resolution.
