Why does my “Conditional Moves” can not work？

I was playing a chess960 game with someone,when I want to use the “Conditional Moves” it do not work when other games(standard and 960) can work as normal. :-(
Anyone has the same condition? :-P
Er...my opponent is on vacation,is it the reason?
