Why hasn’t this guy been banned?

I am talking about [removed -- MS] , he has been racist, sexually harassing, and verbally abusive in all the threads I have been in. Three people, including myself, were being targeted but we were defending each other, while he was pretty much spitting hatred. He reported one of the people with me and the guy got banned within an hour, but this guy hasn’t been banned yet, and is now targeting me, and probably others, for supporting the guy who got banned. Check out his profile, see what he has said yourself. (Small excerpt of his conversation with me below, this is actually pretty mild compared to what he has said to me earlier)

Check out his profile, I’m doing this because he needs to be banned, and he hasn’t been.

I won’t do this type of this thing (hopefully) forever though
