Why have I been kicked from live chess?

I was playing a game against a much higher rated player. I had beaten him twice in a row already, both by sort of rookie mistakes. He started the third game frustrated and within ten moves he was hopelessly behind. I was typing a message telling him that if he offered a draw I would accept, when suddenly I was booted from the game and forced to resign. Now my account is locked and I can't play. I have reviewed the tos, I I definitely did not violate them. The only thing I can think is that I used the word shitty in my message, but that doesn't violate the tos as I usderstand them. There is a vague phase saying not to use vulgar language, but i didn't even send the message. I just started typing it. And in the context I was using it, the word shitty was not offensive or vulgar.

The message I got said I was booted by a moderator. If the moderator who booted would respond directly, that would be great. I'm very upset. This isn't fair. I can't get good games because I have a terrible rating because I play at night when I can't sleep a lot and play very poorly. It doesn't help when games I have in the bag are stolen by the moderator for no reason. My opponent will back up my version of everything.

How can a post be unanswered for 8 months?  That does not give chess.com my vote of confidence.
