Hmm. I have no real idea.
Are you on one of the apps? Perhaps and uninstall/reinstall?
I activated my account and turned on chat in settings and I'm not restricted and played way more than 10 games and my account is a few weeks old and still I can't chat with anyone. Is this a chess.com bug???
