Hey, recently chess.com has locked my titled account which prevents me from editing anything in my profile. I contacted support and they said it is temporary and will be reverted soon (it's almost been 2 years). I don't know why this has happened and I'm hoping for some help....
Moderators can't see what's happening with titled accounts.

I did, they said they would unlock it but they never did
I see now that you used the white font. That is not visible to users like me who use the Light UI.
Perhaps you would have more luck getting an answer with a normal font.
Also, you have games from today but you say that your account has been locked for two years.?
