Why is my rating inflated?

My account is a year old but when I lose a game I lose like 30-50 Elo but if I win I gain around 30-50 ELO, why is my rating that inflated?

That doesn't mean your rating is inflated .
It means that the rating was judged to be likely inaccurate, by the statistical measures component of the ratings formula.
That happened because you hadn't played a rated game since last December.
