Why is not getting time out but getting time more and more?

Hello everyone, I am really confused with this big or if it is a bug. From nearly 2 days I am checking 1 day game with my opponent not even getting time out. Today morning I saw it like 72 min left now it says 3 hours more there to get time out . This has happened many times. Pls help with my situation. Thank you

Don't worry bro, I saw it is showing 3hr left and if after 4 hrs when I will see this and still 3hr will left then I will report to chess.com server about this

Yeah it's only happening for just one game other games are fine for me 

Yes for me too I just made this forum it to bring it in notice yesterday night also it showed me 3 hours 

There s one more fact in this, every time he goes vacation it seems to get adding time after the vacation. Yesterday evening it was 72 min then he made himself vacation when he came back to game by no vacation the time went back to 3 hours

Pls can you check the game now 

Instead of saying 1 hour left after checking before now it says 4 hours to me
