I got that same error too!!! and when I went back and voted it worked as well!!! lol
It seems to be the screen that comes up when you hit "Submit Comment" without entering a comment.
Maybe I'm just so absent minded that I got dyslexic and clicked the wrong button?

There seems to be a new rule that you need to enter a comment before voting in VC. While this is good in most games, this will destoy 10 min VC. Could it at least be a choice when creating the match?
