Some sort of a software glitch. Judging by other posts Staff is pretty quick to correctly adjust your rating if you contact them.
I did contact them but no answer 😪
But it's not fair :(

Did you suddenly lose 200 rating points worth of ches knowledge? Of course not. It happens, and you will gain the points back.
He was supposed to have been pushed up a few hundred points.
Send in a few more support tickets and hold off on playing standard games until rectified. That's my 2 cents.

Bug I'd say. It should have gone up by 400. Ask support to sort it for you.

This is totally worth it! So much fun! They gave me about 200 points standard rating. At least if I remember correctly.
Now question is:
Why oh why? Nobody plays standard. What is the point?
