isnt true that chess is the equal battle of out witting the other into checkmate then how can a stalemate occur if it has to be a proven lock? other than that it is still bullshit a win or stalemate has to be proven by forced lockout of any other options to move
exactly what i have been saying to these posts above there is no stalemate on anything im seeing up on that board
Every game I play, whether it's chess, monopoly, scrabble, etc., if the board is not locked then they lose.

No, it's not black's loss. I posted that to show how white can avoid losing by checking repeatedly to force a DRAW BY REPETITION. If white makes any move other than to go back and forth with his queen between e8 and h5, HE LOSES!!!
im not trying to be a hard head just the fact that 3 fold isnt locked and shouldnt count

a true stale mate is played with the king alone which is left as a true challange to evade checkmate other than that is a waste of time and a damned excuse
