Wins just disappearing

I’m 8-0 in rapid. It says I’ve won 4-0 with white and 4-0 with black and my rating is 862. Last night everything was right. Then when I logged in this morning it says I’m 4-0. 1-0 with white and 3-0 with black but all 8 games are showed so idk why it took 4 of my wins away.. they really need to fix this I pay for membership and not for my wins to just vanish

You are back to 8 wins.
After logging out and logging back in and checking it still says on my end that I have played 8 games but my record shows 4-0 anyway to maybe refresh this? Thank you for the help
My win streak also says 4 and should be 8 and I had my friend look at my account from theirs it also still shows record as 4-0
I looked at your game history in your profile and I saw eight games where you won all of them, but when I looked at your rapid stats, it said you only played four games: one win for white, three wins for black
Yeah that’s the bug or issue I’m facing.. I just won another game and now it says I’m 5-0 and I’m like what the heck. I have had missing games before but usually do to opponent abandoning the game but I only had one person do that in these games. All others were mates or resigns I really don’t know why it’s happening.
