Won’t give me the free month from duolingo

Today I finished the November challenge from duplingo, I clicked claim reward and bam, nothing happened, no diamond membership no nothing, what the heck chess.com, wheres my promised free diamond membership?

You should have received a link from them to chess.com to allow you to sign up for the one-month diamond trial.
The same thing happened to me. Upon immediately finishing the challenge, the option appeared in my app to register for the free month. I wasn't in a position to be able to log in and input my card on the device I was on. I did not receive an email from Duolingo after the fact, either. I have been unable to find the code anywhere in Duolingo. It's surprising to me that this would be an offer only available in that instant. I've been trying to get in touch with Duolingo, too, but they really walled themselves in tight against any kind of external communication that isn't automated.

It asks me my credit card details bruh why the heck do i need to give my card details for a free membership , and once I close the page its gone , theres not even an option in duolingo to redeem the subscription later. L duolingo L chesscom
When I tried to redeem my offer, it asks me for my credit card details. I’m a kid, don’t have a credit card, why do we have to put our credit card details. And when I closed the page, I couldn’t find it again.

Same here! I received the message that I could claim the diamond membership by pressing the button, but guess what?? IT DISAPPEARED 
This sucks! I spent a long time doing quests just for that.

Hey guys, I have a link for the thing here. If it doesn't work when you click on it, then go into your google history and look for "Claim Offer". Here's the link, and I agree that it's such a big scam that they take your credit card credentials for this stuff. Honestly.

You already have diamond so won't qualify to redeem the trial.
I accidentally pressed no thanks, is there anything I can do to get it back? I can't find any button for it

When it brings you to the place where you can choose to accept or not
Duolingo and chess scammed us,
The word "free" does not mean you can get it instantly,
Still you have to pay later.

Yet I got two weeks free from Twitch without putting in any credentials. It's simply so they can milk the recurring subscriptions, not to prove its a real person or verify anything like the link you posted claims.
Also, if you already have a Premium membership (I'm currently Gold), you can't have the Diamond one
