writing articles?

Hello,

Could someone point me to some information on writing a chess.com article?  I tried to visit the link from the /articles page, but it appears to be broken:

http://support.chess.com/index.php?_m=tickets&_a=submit&step=1&departmentid=55&subject=Submit%20Articles%20and%20News

I get this error in Firefox:

[User Error]: _mtickets_asubmitstep1departmentid55subjectsubmit20articles20and20news not found (includes/functions.php:29)

and no error in Chrome.

sorry, I should have been more clear.  I don't get a PHP error in Chrome, but I does say the link is broken.

Recently chess.com created a new support site at support.chess.com

The old link is broken because the old support site is gone.

I couldn't seem to find the information on the new support site.  Is chess.com still interested in user written articles?
