if you are rated higher you may lose points for a draw. not sure about this, but there is probably a "Details" button or something that will show the rating adjustment for a win, loss, or draw for each game.
as for the first question, i am not sure. i am guessing by your second post that you did not in fact lose the game but just lost points.
right ..it was a draw.....thank you Planeden...buy Mr. Gods Pawn.....he had a Rook and a knight...he hade sufficient materal?....
