Hello everyone, I recently purchased the diamond membership but didn't actually realize that it was billed yearly meaning the $129 would be an immediate transaction. Is there any way to reverse this or for me to get in contact with chess.com and dispute this transaction? I was only looking for the free trial and was under the assumption that I would be paying ten dollars a month instead of the yearly total all at once!
