Who is blocking you?
If you are getting flagged by the auto-mod in Live, you must be posting something in the filters.
If you are getting topics locked, the you are posting something against the rules.
If other members are blocking you so you can't post in their topics, there really isn't anything you can do except to stop doing what your are doing to make people block you. Even then, people still might block you for any number of reasons.

This certainly isn't my opinion friend but it is probably because they find you annoying. Talking off topic and messaging often, early into a first encounter. They maybe thinking "What am i getting myself into here"? This of course could well be wrong but it's the only possible thing i can think of to answer your question, should you genuinely not want the many blocks to continue.

Also, if you are talking about chat, a lot of people have chat disabled or disable it right after the game starts to eliminate any distractions.

Yes that's true, chat disabled helps with distractions. You say it's "usually not the case." but how would you/we know?
Good points, Many people have chat disabled and that doesn't have to do with you. So next time if chat is disabled don't take it personal or freak out, everything is fine, just relax and enjoy your life.
Well I do not usually message people first off!

The new chess.com is too slow. It delay too much !!
