Today, I wanted to start a game after a very long time. I got the error "You are not allowed to start the match" below my phone's screen. And unfortunetelly, my phone is very old that freezes if I open chess.com in my browser for sending its screenshot. And you know that chess.com mobile app hasn't yet got the feature to send pictures. I tried reconnecting to my internet & clearing the chess.com app catches. My problem still persists.

there was a glitch at that time which was fixed after 25-30 mins
