You are not allowed to start the match


I'm having this problem for over a week

Support for older versions of the app have been discontinued for random pool gameplay. You should upgrade if possible.
All other features should work and for now live tournaments should also work.

I just checked my chess.com app version, it's the latest. And I figured out that this error is only happening to this phone. With another devices in this account, I can play chess.

I have to add something. I previously had problem with playing with bots and using analysis tool. I figured out that moving chess.com app to my SD card had caused it and by moving it back to device storage, they all got fixed. But since I needed storage, later I again moved it to SD card. Is that the reason for not being able to start the games? (If it is, I also request fixing this problem)
