You cannot accept this challenge at the moment

When I am trying to click on any open challenge it is giving me the message "You cannot accept this challenge at the moment." Mods, can you please check what's going on in the backend and letting me know.

I think I figured it out, it says my account has been restricted because I violated the sportsmanship policy; I just aborted a few games because I kept getting paired up with low rating and then this happened. Can you please clear it?
