I've got 14 hrs to move in a Chess960 game & I can't see the board, it's blank, I don't want to time out, when I ask for help with staff, I get this,

try using different browser or different computer. Most lifely is a Java issue, not being up to date or compatible with the browser you are using.

Restarting your computer is a solution to many problems as well!!

I think this is a site wide 960 issue. I cannot play any 960 games either - they show up with no pieces on the board.

Can you see the list of moves and the starting position? I bet you can still make a move.

Gabs said it is fine now... but still it is good it has been reported or the same dreaded lurgy bug might return without warning!

I'm sorry that I made a reasonable suggestion in case the site didn't come through for you. Honestly, would it have been hard to set up a board and recreate the position with the information you have?

I think the site should fix the problem for you. But sometimes you have to help yourself.
