1700 Chesstempo Puzzle

On chess.com the solution would be some random check or capture, but this has a pretty sequence.

I got it a couple weeks back, think I missed it. Sweet puzzle.

They're a bit frustrating at times, but they seem like good puzzles for use as calculation exercise.

Frustrating because sometimes there are 2 or 3 very obvious ideas that seem to work... so then the puzzle becomes figuring out why the other moves fail.

Or... sometimes it's very obvious what you have to do e.g. grab a piece and survive the opponent's initiative... which is never a fun thing to calculate.

On this puzzle I had no idea what the first move was, until I considered Rg7, but it was one of those "if this is the solution then it's pretty" moments for me.
