A griefer

Hello, I don't know if it's the right forum to do so, but I have spotted a player who intentionally stalls the game in a lost position. In this game, he blundered in the opening, and I had a sharp attack very quickly. In the final position, my opponent only had one legal move after which mate was inevitable:

It is clearly visible that I won on time, and it is a 10 minute game. I also have a screenshot, but when I insert it, I don't seem to be able to type any more, so I will upload it if its necessary.

The rest of the game is forced : 16... Kg7 17.Nf5+ Bxf5 18. Qh6#. There is nothing to think about for 8 minutes. He didn't respond to my messages and didn't leave the chat after the game, so he supposedly just went off, forcing me to wait out the game.

It is obvious that the player does not respect other players at all. I have read the FAQ and it states that intentional stalling is forbidden. Can something be done about this player? It's not a problem to me any more, I just won't play with him again, but there are many players who might get to play with him and also be forced to wait.

I'm sorry to hear about this, and yes something can and will be done about players who make their opponents wait.
