Well I think the King is the most powerful. If you lose it, you have lost the game! All the others, you can live without.

Importance is not the same thing as power.

Nope, the horsie is the strongest piece of all because when the horsie attack other piece the other piece can't attack back. The horsie can produce smothered mate which is most beautiful of all

I think I found the chess secret...if you take a small screwdriver and pry up the E7 square, you'll find a coin hidden underneath it. Do the same with the B3 square, and you'll find an unused vintage Hello Kitty sticker from 1976. After peeling off the felt, we also found the secret compartment inside one of the white rooks - but the map was missing.

There is also a nice gold screw under h1 , but NEVER turn one .

I have been moved to invent the swiss-army-knife chesspiece which is whatever you need whenever you need it.  I shall now patent my version of chess and you will all pay me royalties.

I'll top that ~ I think I'll copywrite the diaganal move!

Your Queen, your bishops, your capturing pawns, and your little King will all owe me big time...and in a way, so will your knights. Your rooks are safe...for now.
