You can report "problem" players but I have no idea how the staff deals with them, or if they keep track of them but I'd guess they have some sort of criterion to deal with complaints about really abusive behavior or repeated complaints about one member. In the meantime you can block these perps from being paired with you in the future:
Once blocked, a member cannot do any of the following:
- post notes to your accountÂ
- send you messagesÂ
- accept your game seeks
- be auto-matched with you in open seeksÂ
- join tournaments that you are runningÂ
- post in content that you created

Hello, I just wanted to ask Chess.com manager to fix the abandoning game issue...It's so f*cking annoying everytime you're winning and the other fkhead decides to abandon the game because he's losing and that's not why im pissed off..it's the fact that it takes the server like 10-20min to realise that he/she has abnadoned the game and I either have to wait or resign and he wins...wtf, please at least keep an eye on certain players who abandon games continously.
