Abuse on live chess

Does anyone know if there are any means to eliminate abusive players from live chess? Here is one recent example:

This page gives good advice on what to do if your opponent is abusive.

The forums aren't the best place to post their usernames and comments.

 Aaaa, ok my bad - shouldn't do that. So I can block this kind of people but they will always find someone else. Anyway it's done. Being a member of staff you know that it happens quiet often, is there nothing chess.com can do about it? (besides giving us option to block this people). ... ok maybe I'm too touchy , it's just very annoying.

yes it is annoying and no people shouldn't be abusive, but this is the internet and there will always be people who do this :(
